The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Clause 328 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine" (re Support of the Right for a Cassation Appeal)

To support the right for a cassation appeal against the court judgment, the bill (Reg. No.5371) excludes paragraph 5 of part 3 of clause 328 of the Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine, whereby the respondent judge denies institution of cassational proceedings if the cassation appeal and the arguments presented do not require verification of case papers.
